Do I need to be at certain fitness level to join?

  - Absolutely not. Our programs are tailored to meet you where you are right now.

What if I'm too busy?

  - Our approach is designed for busy professionals. We'll help you find a balance without overwhelming your schedule.

I don’t have a gym membership. Can I workout at home?

-Totally! We work with what you’ve got.

I have more than 20 pounds to lose. Is it possible to lose the weight and keep it off?

- Yes! The goal is sustainable weight loss. You are going to learn new habits and create a lifestyle you love.

I’ve never exercised in a gym. How will I know if my form is good? Or what exercises to do?

-We offer a variety of programs. Some of which include one-on-one personal training so you can learn all the basics and get comfortable with the exercises. If you decide not to go this route, all of your workouts come with videos for each exercise. And we program every single workout for you personally so you’ll always have a plan.

Will I have to track my food?

-If you don’t like tracking your food, I will give you tools to help you succeed without having to track. However, most of my clients decide to track for approximately 2 weeks so we both better understand where you are with your nutrition.
